As Amazon’s activewear marketplace grew increasingly competitive, SPANX set ambitious goals to expand market share while also launching new product collections. The challenge was beyond just increasing ad spend. SPANX needed to double the ad budget while expanding full-funnel advertising across multiple formats. At the same time, their campaigns had to deliver real incremental growth without undermining the strong organic sales they had already built.
